As per allegations of the prosecution the applicant-accused Nirmal Singh induced Dalip Kaur to impersonate the owner of the land i.e. Smt.Gangi,who concededly died 50 years ago, and thus was instrumental in selling land of legal representatives of Smt.Gangi through four sale deeds in favour of his relations. Name of the petitioner accused has surfaced as the main accused during investigation.

Keeping in view the nature and gravity of offence, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.

Dismissed.
