Petitioners have preferred this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of a direction to respondent No.2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 and 5.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners only prays for the relief that the representation dated 06.10.2015 (Annexure P-3), moved to respondent No.2, by Rakesh Kumarpetitioner No.1 be considered and he does not press the other relief asked in this petition.

In view of above, respondent No.2 is directed to look into the said representation (Annexure P-3) and pass appropriate order within 2 months after receiving certified copy of this order, as per law. With aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed of.
