Report of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Nakodar has been received wherein it has been reported that the statements of the complainant and injured respondents have been recorded and compromise has been effected between the parties. It has also been reported that the complainant has no objection if the present FIR registered against the petitioners is quashed.
