Petitioners by way of present petition lay challenge to the order dated 6.6.2018 (P-9) passed by respondent no.1 vide which their appeal was dismissed and the order dated 24.6.2014 (P-7) allowing the petition of the Gram Panchayat-respondent no.4 under Section 11 of the Punjab Village Common Lands(Regulation)Act, was upheld.

At the time of hearing,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
