**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking directions to official respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.33 dated 22.02.2016, under Sections 363, 366 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar, District Tarn Taran. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties, vide compromise deed dated 04.03.2017.

Keeping in view the fact that both the parties have compromised the matter with their own free will, consent and without any pressure, no furher action is required to be taken in the present petition and accordingly the same is hereby disposed of.
