Learned State counsel reiterates his submission put forth on 24.04.2017 that the petitioners have not joined the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner No.2 Sunil Gupta has since died and seeks permission to withdraw the petition on his behalf. About petitioner No.1-Chander Mohini, he submits that despite his best efforts, he has not been able to contact her for the last about six months and is not in a position to controvert the submission of learned State counsel or to give any explanation on her behalf. In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition qua petitioner No.1-Chander Mohini is dismissed for noncompliance of order dated 20.02.2017 and qua petitioner No.2-Sunil Gupta is dismissed as withdrawn on account of his death.
