Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? ***** Kuldip Singh , J.(Oral) The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C is for quashing of cross case bearing Rapat No. 37 dated 13.02.2016 (Annexure P-1) recorded under Sections 324, 323, 34 of IPC at Police Station Shakot, District Jalandhar City, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-3).

Report of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Nakodar has been received wherein it has been reported that the statements of the complainant and accused persons have been recorded and compromise has been effected between the parties. It has also been reported that the complainant has no objection if the present rapat recorded against the petitioners is quashed.
