***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Mr. Ashit Malik, Advocate, has made appearance on behalf of the respondent and filed Power of Attorney, which is taken on record. Counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection if the transfer application is accepted and the petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act i.e. HMA-812-2023 titled "Gourav Goel v/s Ekta", stands transferred from Ambala to Karnal.

In view of the submission made aforesaid and also taking into consideration the fact of the applicant, having the custody of the male child, who is about 3 years of age as well as considering the fact of two litigation, relating to the FIR and the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C., already pending in the courts at Karnal, the transfer application is allowed and the petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act i.e. HMA-812-2023 titled "Gourav Goel v/s Ekta", filed by respondent-husband, stands transferred from the Family Court, Ambala to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Karnala. The requisite record of the aforesaid case be sent by the Family Court, Ambala, to the District and Sessions Judge, Karnal. Sonu 2025.08.13 15:05 I agree to specified portions of this document P&HHC

TA-627-2025 Learned District and Sessions Judge, Karnal, shall assign the said petition to the Family Court, Karnal. Even, the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Karnal, within a period of one month from today onwards.
