(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 10.05.2011 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Collector, order dated 25.05.2015 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Commissioner, Jalandhar Division, Jalandhar and order dated 10.05.2018 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Financial Commissioner (Appeals), Punjab.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioners has handed over a copy of order dated 03.01.2025 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 2.1 While referring to the aforesaid order dated 03.01.2025, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been amicably resolved and he has instructions from the petitioners to withdraw the instant writ petition.
