Mr. K.S. Dadwal, Advocate, for the complainant. RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.35 dated 29.01.2014 (Annexure P-5) registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Mahesh Nagar, District Ambala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition Since petitioner has not complied with order dated 11.10.2018 passed in connected petition CRM-M-11954 of 2015, therefore, prayer for withdrawal of petition is declined.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.

Trial shall continue on day-to-day basis.
