By way of present petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, prayer has been made for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents on account of alleged willful non-compliance of order dated 07.09.2022 passed by this Court in CWP20175- 2022. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that compliance report has been made, as per which, legal notice sent by the petitioners stands redressed in terms of passing of the speaking order dated 09.01.2024, thereby rendering the present petition as infructuous. 3.

In such circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition, however, with liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 09.01.2024 in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
