(Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing of impugned order dated 24.01.2023 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Financial Commissioner (Appeals), Punjab; order dated 04.12.2012 (Annexure P-5) passed by learned Commissioner, Ferozepur Division, Ferozepur; order dated 12.05.2010 (Annexure P-6) passed by learned Collector, Sub-Division Gidderbaha and order dated 23.07.2009 (Annexure P-7) passed by learned Assistant Collector 1st Grade, Gidderbaha.

A perusal of the order sheets reveals that the matter has been adjourned repeatedly either on account of absence or at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. Even today, when the matter was taken up for hearing in the morning, none appeared, and on the second call, there is no representation. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the instant matter any further.
