Present petition is challenge to the order dated 31.03.2018 (Annexure P2), passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad, whereby petitioner has bee ordered to be summoned in a complaint case under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. Petitioner has an appropriate remedy of filing of revision petition before the Court of Sessions and as such present petition stands dismissed being not maintainable.
