Learned counsel for the respondents has pointed out that FAO-2135-2020 has been filed on behalf of the parents of deceased i.e. Sunil Kumar alias Arvind and the names of the appellants are Sushila Sharma and Leela Ram. It is further submitted that a subsequent FAO i.e. FAO-3225-2021 has been filed by Sushila Sharma, who is already appellant No.1 in FAO-2135-2020 and both the cases are with respect to the same impugned award and with respect to the compensation awarded on account of death of the same deceased i.e. Sunil Kumar. 2.

None has appeared on behalf of the appellant to rebut the said aspect.

Apparently, appellant-Sushila Sharma has already filed FAO-2135-2020, which is prior in time and which is being pursued by her counsel and thus, the present appeal is dismissed while granting liberty to appellant-Sushila Sharma to raise all pleas which are available to her in PUNEET SACHDEVA 2026.03.10 17:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
