RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner-Gurpinder, in a case arising out of FIR No.130 dated 01.09.2018, registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, 1985 at Police Station Odhan, District Sirsa.
According to the prosecution, 1770 tablets of Tredol-100 in 177 strips, were recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner without any permit or license.
Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that FSL report has not yet been received. Therefore, it cannot be said at this stage that alleged recovery was a narcotic substance. In view of above, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioner-Gurpinder Singh, is granted interim bail RISHU KATARIA 2018.11.30 18:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
