Learned State counsel refers to the reply by way of short affidavit of Deputy Accountant General (Pension) filed on behalf of respondent Nos.3 and 4, wherein it has been stated that the pensionary benefits of the petitioner were authorized vide PPO dated 17.12.2009 and revised pensionary benefits on account of revision of pay as submitted by the Pension Sanctioning Authority on 05.08.2010 stands authorized on 18.08.2010, to which there was no counter filed. 3.
