Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.109 dated 03.09.2018 under Sections 457 and 380 IPC, registered at Police Station Bareta, District Mansa.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.
As per the FIR, which was registered on the statement of Varinder Kumar, mobile phones etc. have been stolen by some unknown persons at night time. On seeing the CCTV footage, two persons were seen, out of which, one person was recognized.
The present petitioner has been nominated in the present case. Recovery of entire articles has not been effected so far. The petitioner is VINEET GULATI 2018.11.28 14:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh required for custodial interrogation.
CRM No.M-51920 of 2018 -2Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, I do not find it a fit case where petitioner is entitled to benefit of anticipatory bail.
Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
