(ORAL) Prayer in this second petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 167 dated 16.12.2022 registered under Sections 376, 376(2)(N) IPC and 6, 8 of POCSO Act, 2012 (offence under Sections 67, 67A, 67B of IT Act were added later on) at Police Station Nangal, Rupnagar.

Custody certificate dated 23.05.2024 filed in Court today is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner has undergone the custody period of 01 year, 05 months and 03 days as an undertrial. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner; learned counsel submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
