Learned State counsel has informed that a cancellation report in the matter has been prepared on 3.8.2020, which will be filed in the Court very shortly. It being so, on getting notice of filing of cancellation report, the petitioner - complainant can file protest petition which could then be considered and disposed of in accordance with law, by the concerned Magistrate. The petitioner has option to file a private complaint also.
