Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuing directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3 for registration of the case FIR vide complaint dated 03.01.2022 (Annexure P-1) regarding embezzlement, fraud, cheating, perjury by respondent Nos.7 to 11 of the funds/grants of the government.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy, as per law. 3.
