***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case FIR No.177 dated 26.10.2018, under Section 61 of Excise Act, 1914, Police Station City-I Abohar, District Fazilka.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Aatma Ram submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 11.12.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
