The prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the public notice dated 02.07.2024 and action of the respondents by not considering the case of the petitioner for promotion, being retired from services. 2.

Learned counsel submits that regarding the claim as raised in the present petition, a representation dated 25.11.2024, Annexure P-6, has been submitted, however, the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 25.11.2024, expeditiously, in MOHIT 2025.04.30 14:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
