The dispute is regarding alleged forged Will dated 18.3.2009 executed by the father of the complainant as also the accused no.1. The petitioners are the attesting witness and scribe of the alleged Will dated 18.3.2009 qua which a civil suit already stands filed. Vide order dated 21.3.2016 while issuing notice of motion, petitioners, on surrendering before the trial court within 10 days, were directed to be released on interim bail.

CRM-M 9731/2016 At the time of hearing,learned counsel submits that pursuant to the said order petitioners have surrendered before the trial court on 29.3.2016 and were released on interim bail. The learned counsel for the complainant while opposing grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners, has not been able to dispute the said factual position.
In view of the above, interim bail granted by the trial court pursuant to the order dated 21.3.2016 passed by this court, is made absolute.
Disposed of.
