FATEH DEEP SINGH, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through video-conferencing on account of outbreak of pandemic COVID19. The petitioner has come up in this civil writ petition under articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a prayer by way of writ of certiorari seeking quashment of order dated 15.10.2020 (Annexure P-7) vide which a sum of Rs.3,99,262/- has been ordered to be recovered from the petitioner against notice period of two months further by way of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the amount illegally withheld by the respondents under the garb of order dated 15.10.2020.
