Mr. Ashok Singh Chaudhary, Addl. A.G, Haryana **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 746 dated 04.11.2018, under Sections 306, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Meham, District Rohtak. Vide order dated 03.12.2018, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 03.12.2018, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Sub Inspector Akhtar Hussain, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated GURPREET SINGH 2021.07.29 16:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
