Since the petitioner has been behind bars for the last more than 31⁄2 years, the Trial Court is directed to take all such necessary steps as may be possible for expeditious disposal of the trial. The prosecution shall ensure that all the PWs are duly produced before the Trial Court as and when any date is fixed for recording their statements.
