The petitioner-College is before this Court praying that in BAMS Course for the Academic Sessions 2024-25, one seat is left vacant on account of dismissal of the petition bearing CWP No.33365 of 2024, titled Gurpreet Singh v. Guru Ravidas Ayurved University and another' on 20.3.2025 (Annexure P-6), and therefore a direction is sought to allow the petitioner to fill-up the said vacant seat. 2.
It is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the Course in question with regard to the Academic Sessions 2024-25 has begun in January 2025. It is also not disputed that BAMS Course is of 5 years and 6 months.
