******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.487 dated 03.12.2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short, "IPC") at Police Station Sector 11, Chandigarh.
Heard.
Learned APP, U.T. Chandigarh submits that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined and only one witness i.e. Investigating Officer is to be examined on the next date, which is fixed as 21.04.2017.
Keeping in view above facts, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial and dispose of the same at the earliest but preferably within a period of four months.
