The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC seeking issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to conduct a free and fair investigation in FIR No.137 dated 05.05.2022 under Sections 365, 376D IPC, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Nagina, District Nuh.

As per the e-Courts website of District Court, Nuh, after investigation, the challan in the aforesaid FIR was presented before the Illaqua Magistrate concerned. Thereafter, the same was committed to the Court of Session and now after framing of charge the matter has been posted for evidence of the prosecution. Thus, the present petition has since been rendered infructuous.
