The additional affidavit dated 4.9.2015 and Annexure P4 dated 3.9.2015 filed by the petitioners are taken on record. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners based on the additional affidavit dated 4.9.2015 and Annexure P4 dated 3.9.2015 submits that the 1st respondent has been promoted after he was exonerated from the departmental proceedings. In view of the above development in this case, it is submitted that the above Writ Petition has become infructuous. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
