**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and to take appropriate action against the accused and further direction be issued to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to register an FIR under Section 302/34 IPC against the respondent Nos.4 and 5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has unfortunately passed away and he does not want to press the petition any further.

In light of the above, prayer is accepted and he is permitted to withdraw the same as not pressed.

Dismissed as not pressed.

Disposed of accordingly.
