Counsel for petitioners states that petitioners, dissolved their marriage by a decree of mutual consent passed under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, vide judgment and decree dated 01.11.2002 and they have been living separately since then. Counsel states that petitioner No.1 has solemnized a second marriage on 23.01.2003. Counsel submits that litigation was pending between the petitioners, which culminated in compromise dated 18.11.2025, Annexure P-2, whereunder, petitioner No.1 agreed to transfer 50% share in a commercial site in Sector 15, Panchkula, and 25% share in VARINDER PRASHAD 2026.04.28 20:23 I attest to the accuracy of this document PHHC
CWP-12105-2026 -2another commercial site located in Sector 8, Panchkula in favour of petitioner No.2. Counsel states petitioners applied for transfer of the said properties, vide applications Annexures P-5 and P-6, but respondents have not processed the same.

Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the respondents.

Mr. Karan Jindal, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1, and Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3 - HSVP. 4.
Counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 - HSVP on instructions, confirms that applications Annexures P-5 and P-6 are pending and are being considered.

In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to decide applications, Annexures P-5 and P-6 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of passing of this order, in accordance with law.
