(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.72 dated 15.03.2018 registered under Sections 409/420 IPC at Police Station Sadar Narnaul, District Mahendergarh, Haryana. According to the prosecution, petitioner, during her tenure as Sarpanch of the Village, embezzled around `5,82,615/- of the panchayat fund.

Heard.

Considering the seriousness of allegations against the petitioner and the fact that she is not ready to deposit the embezzled amount in the Court, she is not entitled to concession of anticipatory bail. Her custodial interrogation is necessary.

Dismissed.
