ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of criminal complaint No.183 of 2004, wherein the petitioner has been summoned to face trial under Section 323 IPC, on the basis of the compromise and the for setting-aside the order dated 27.02.2010 (Annexure P4) vide which the petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not in contact with him, after he has obtained the order dated 21.03.2016.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Ram Kumar, has submitted that the petitioner is no appearing before the trial Court in the criminal complaint.
