Reply on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 has been filed by way of affidavit of Tehsildar, Ludhiana (East) has been filed. It is permitted to be taken on record.

According to the reply, possession of the area measuring 3024 square yards has been taken over by respondent No.2, and possession thereof has been delivered to the petitioner company. It is further averred in the reply that the petitioner company failed to locate the remaining property. As such, possession of the remaining property could not be delivered to the petitioner company.
