  Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, and petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and the same are pending in the Courts at Gohana, District Sonipat.

In the light of the submissions aforesaid, considering the settled position of law, about the weightage to be given to the convenience of the wife, in the transfer applications based on the matrimonial disputes between the parties to the lis, more particularly, when the respondent has not made appearance in the present case and has been proceeded against ex parte and also considering the distance between Kaithal and Gohana to be about 120 kilometres, the present application is $%
