******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.75 dated 17.05.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 307, 323 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Jakhal, District Fatehabad.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail in terms of order dated 28.05.2019.

The petitioner was earlier appearing before the trial Court regularly and had absented only on one date.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Dharamveer Singh submits that the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and is on interim bail.

In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and JITENDER KUMAR 2019.09.17 16:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-24530 of 2019 -2learned State counsel but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 28.05.2019 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioner shall keep on appearing before trial Court regularly;

(ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
