After arguing for some time, petitioner's counsel wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh at appropriate stage. 3.
Given above, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is clarified that if the petitioner files a fresh petition, filing and withdrawal of the present petition shall not come in the way. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
