*** RITU BAHRI J.(Oral) Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of direction to respondent No. 1 to 3 not to harass, humiliate and victimize them at the instance of respondent No. 4 (enstranged wife of petitioner No. 1).

The grievance of the petitioners is that they are in private job and are working on high posts in their respective Companies at Ghaziabad and Gurgaon. The police is repeatedly harassing other family members by threatening false implication in false dowry case. Keeping in view the above factual position, the present petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving a direction to official respondents to give 7 days prior notice, as contemplated under Section 160 Cr.P.C, in case, petitioners are sought to be investigated in any complaints pending with the police.
