The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.13 dated 14.08.2018 registered under Sections 406, 354, 498-A IPC at Police Station Phase-I Women Cell, Mohali.

By an order dated 27.11.2018 while issuing notice of motion, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in pursuance of direction given by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2018, petitioner has joined investigation. 4.
Learned counsel appearing for the State on instructions from IO submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and part recoveries have been made.
