The present petition has been filed under Section 528, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, seeking quashing of FIR No.88 dated 18.03.2025 under Sections 127(6) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Sadar Nuh, District Nuh.

Learned counsel for the State states that cancellation report has been prepared and will be filed shortly which has rendered the present petition, infructuous.

On this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
