REKHA MITTAL J. (Oral) Savita - respondent No.2 has stated that though a compromise was effected between the parties but Manmohan - petitioner No.1 has not taken her back to matrimonial home in compliance with the terms and conditions of the compromise. Manmohan - petitioner No.1 states that father of Savita is not willing to send her back to the matrimonial home. Without examining correctness of allegations and counterallegations raised by the parties, it remains a fact that dispute between the parties has not been settled in view of compromise purported to be effected between them. In this view of the matter, the petition for quashing of proceedings on the basis of compromise cannot be allowed and accordingly, the petition is ordered to be dismissed.
