The petitioners in the present Public Interest Litigation allege corrupt practices against unnamed officials of the Department of Agriculture in the State of Haryana.

The statutorily created forum for inquiring into complaints of corruption against persons holding public office is provided by the State of Haryana in the shape of the Lokayukta constituted under the Haryana Lokayukta Act, 2002.

Let the petitioners approach the appropriate authority, i.e., the Lokayukta, Haryana.
