(ORAL) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ravinder Singh at the outset has informed the Court that FIR No.68 dated 19.05.2023, registered under Sections 363/366, at Police Station Adampur, District Jalandhar has already been registered and all efforts are being made to arrest the accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that his grievance raised in the present petition has already been addressed as such may be allowed to withdraw this petition.
