RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to official respondents no.1 to 3 to conduct free and fair investigation and register an FIR against private respondents no.4 to 7 duly reported to respondents no.2 and 3 vide representations, dated 14.02.2023 and 28.04.2023, Annexures P-6 to P-7 and to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from respondents no.4 to 7. It is further prayed to issue directions to respondents no.2 and 3 to decide the representations of petitioner dated 14.02.2023 and 28.04.2023, Annexures P-6 and P-7 in a time bound manner.
It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his complaint/representation, dated 17.05.2023, Annexure P-8, is decided in a time-bound manner. After hearing the counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. the Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot, Punjab, to look into the complaint/representation, dated 17.05.2023, Annexure P-8, and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from today.
