Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking quashing of FIR No.48 dated 04.08.2018 under Sections 406, 498-A, 420 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Women, District Patiala (Annexure P1) and all subsequent proceedings arising there from on the basis of compromise (Annexure P2).

Learned State Counsel submits that cancellation report in the present case has been accepted by learned Presiding Officer, National Lok Adalat, Patiala vide order dated 13.08.2022 and present petition may be disposed of being rendered infructuous. 3.
