(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing FIR No. 6 dated 07.01.2014 (Annexure P-3), under Section 306 IPC, Police Station Jodhan, Ludhiana Rural, District Ludhiana and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. On instructions from ASI Gurmail Singh, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of acquittal of the petitioner vide judgment dated 01.05.2019, rendered by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana.
In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
