(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing FIR No. 174 dated 24.04.2021 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC at Police Station Pinjore, Panchkula and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, as the same would be an abuse of the process of law.

On instructions from ASI Ram Karan, learned State counsel submits that in the present case after completion of investigation, the police has the prepared cancellation report on 05.05.2022 and the same is likely to be presented before the Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court very soon. In view of the above, no further action is required to be taken in the instant petition and the same stands disposed of, accordingly.
