Aabha Sikri, decided on 16.09.2021, wherein, the similar dispute has already been decided by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Learned counsel for the parties agree that the present petition be also disposed of in terms of order passed in 'Chadha Super Car (P) Ltd. and another Vs. Aabha Sikri (supra).

Keeping in view the joint request of learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of in terms of order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRM-M-3586-2017 titled as 'Chadha Super Car (P) Ltd. and another Vs. Aabha Sikri, decided on 16.09.2021.
