Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not produce a copy of the order dated 31.01.2017 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Chandigarh granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chandigarh. It is so observed in the impugned order dated 09.02.2017 passed by the learned Magistrate whereby the petitioner's application for permission to go abroad has been dismissed. In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the competent court alongwith a copy of the order dated 31.01.2017 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner and seek his remedy.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. ( LISA GILL ) February 22 , 2017.
